About my site

Welcome to my site! I’m Mar Hammitt-McDonald, physician and writer. I also teach college writing courses part-time and am a part-time elementary-school librarian and bookkeeper. Oh yes, I’m a parent too.

How do I manage all this? 1) I get up really early. 2) Chocolate. 3) I inherited the energy level of sixty gerbils from my mom. 4) Cloning–or are they evil twins? 5) A pact with Cthulhu.
